Construction Estimating
Construction companies are increasingly challenged with complicated projects requiring thoughtful and thorough analysis not only during construction but equally at pre-construction. Whilst we can offer a simple estimating service we have the experience and expertise to undertake a far greater role on behalf of our clients. We believe our competence lies not only in producing analytical estimates but also involvement in the whole bid process working with or managing the design team, design co-ordinators and planners to produce well considered and cost effective solutions. As part of our estimating service we are able produce detailed in house Bills of Quantities and assist in the selection of competent subcontractors and suppliers.

Programming & Planning
We are able to offer a full planning and programming service either in conjunction with estimates undertaken by us or as a stand alone service. Detailed construction programmes and resource schedules are produced in Powerproject. As part of our planning service we can offer advice on preliminaries requirements, plant and scaffold schedules together with the production of method statements for tender submission.

Code for Sustainable Homes
In April 2007 the Code for sustainable homes replaced EcoHomes for the assessment of new housing in England. Whilst similar in nature to EcoHomes there are a number of fundamental differences between the two. CP Construction Consultants are licensed by the Building Research Establishment to carry out assessments under the new code.

EcoHomes
CP Construction Consultants are licensed by the Building Research Establishment to undertake EcoHomes assessments. We consider that our long standing involvement in construction, particularly in the Social Housing market gives us a greater understanding of the complexities of achieving EcoHomes certification. As part of our service we are able to undertake detailed pre-assessments of schemes identifying how improvements can be made early in the design process thus potentially reducing the financial impact of EcoHomes compliance. This service is offered as a stand alone service or, as some clients prefer in conjunction with an estimate.
